The T-Games Network originally launched on the 10th of February 2013 as a part of the T-Games Level Creation Kit in LittleBigPlanet 2. It originally consisted of 'T-Games Network ID Cards' and a 'T-Games Network Log-in Point'. The Network at that time was not a 'joinable' Network, but a system to allow certain players (with T-Games Network ID Cards) certain privileges in specific levels with the T-Games Network Log-in Point. The concept worked, but it was not popular and the system was eventually abandoned by T-Games.
On the 26th of June 2014 T-Games re-launched the T-Games Network service, turning it into a sign-up service that became integrated with T-Tokens. In same process, the T-Games Network also replaced T-VIP, by introducing T-Games Network Silver, T-Games Network Gold and T-Games Network Platinum memberships - the higher tier the membership option, the more benefits were provided.
T-Games stated that all T-Games Network members would receive free T-Tokens and many other benefits simply by joining the network.
After T-Games announced that it had made a deal with Trixel Studios so that every T-Games Network Member would have a guaranteed slot in the LittleBigPlanet Flash beta, the amount of T-Games Network Members increased by 600% within 1 week.
On the 15th of April 2015 T-Games sent an email to a member stating that the servers for the T-Games Network were frozen indefinitely.
On the 5th of June 2015, T-Games discontinued the T-Games Network in order to eventually replace it with a subscription-based service titled 'The Network' that launched on October 18, 2015.
