The T-Games Console Agreement is an agreement between the Console Developers of T-Games (including GameEx, GemWay, and previously SRKT Games) that ensures different console lines licensed by T-Games are not competing with eachother.
It achieves this by ensuring each console licensed by T-Games has possession of unique features that no other console in T-Games has.
Every console developer in T-Games has to agree to the agreement, otherwise T-Games will reject any consoles by the developer for licensing.
The agreement was arranged originally between GameEx and SRKT Games, after the Medius became an officially licensed product of T-Games. This was done so that the Medius (a SRKT Games product) did not compete with the GameExpo line, the Quadratum, or the The NeXT Generation - all of which are developed by GameEx.
