Skyton delayed (expected, but reasonable)

I had to push Skyton ahead by almost a month, but don't even say that was expected of me though; even I knew putting Skyton's date at July was a really bad idea. The school year for me ends at very late June, but I have backup plans.

  • I get a Christmas break starting the 19th of December and ending on the 5th of January.
  • If I'm not cluttered in work on March Break (16th to 20th).
  • Basically any day I don't have work, I can keep working. That includes July.

It seems like August is the only reasonable time for me to get a working product out, and it might have been the same for Bill. Every other time of the year I'm learning, so when it comes to being a teen developer, full-time development is impossible unless you're skipping, which I don't want to do. At least, not anymore.

Development will not be limited to the console; I'm planning it out on this program too, so when I go into LBP3, I know what I'll be doing.

No Bill, I'll publish it as a brick that won't function at all. (Sarcasm)

Fun fact the FM was literally published as a brick that didn't function at all and look how it turned out

And by that I mean better than expected don't start snarking about bugs

Also, I like the phrase "Basically any day I don't have work, I can keep working."

And you don't seem to count Friday afternoon\Saturday\Sunday(for you) as valid worktimes, does Canada not get weekends off? I heard something like that once but I didn't bother fact-checking it so Idk for myself

There are times when I have to do homework over the weekend. I don't actually find that a bad thing though; if I get two extra days to catch up on something, I would definitely use that time to do so.

I heard of something like that once, but I didn't bother fact-checking it, so idk for myself.

I can confirm weekends are not school days in Canada.

Fun Fact: The FM was literally published as a brick that didn't function at all, and look how it turned out.

It's supposed to be a Fun Machine. Of course it had to start working sooner or later, because it's not really fun if it can't do anything.

The Medius was supposed to be a music player only, but then I turned it to a console, and look how that turned out.

We can relate here by saying it was hard getting support for our consoles, because you were never a T-Games member, and the Medius' hub was never published on the main account, thus giving little to no publicity. After I left, Bill said my logic skills weren't too spectacular, but really you don't need to have huge motherboards and tons of otherwise simple sequencing to boot up a console or launch a game.

I know the Medius didn't have a menu even when I wanted it, but the logic I had set up (which expanded on the music player concept) didn't allow me to do it. Skyton is not going to be a console where it boots up and asks for a cartridge; the menu is a primary part of it.

Plus, backwards compatibility was something I've wanted to experiment with for ages; how many nostalgic moments have happened to you from going back to the old days?

Don't start snarking about bugs.

If you're referring to any bugs you encountered, I would have not known about them ever.

Ah ok

Also the Medius' weak point was not its simplicity but more the fact that like no one supported it including you

(Yeah sorry I meant to make Breakout or Combat or something but I got lazy sorrryyyy)

Yeah the bug thing was more aimed at Bill

I've said this before, I left LBP2 to focus on school, but if I had contributed any more to the Medius, the Skyton would've been out by now. LBP3 is the place where the new stuff's going down, and hopefully I'll get to work on it next year.

Yeah, sorry; I meant to make Breakout or Combat or something, but I got lazy sorrryyyy

Lemme guess; you refrained because I already made Pong.

That is a lame and wrong guess

I just got lazy for real I am pretty lazy do you have any idea how many abandoned projects I have

If I finished them the Ubique library would be 180% bigger or something

Note Oil Panic was "in dev" for a year (YEAH BILL GO PLAY IT LIKE YOU SAID)
